Prices:
Our prices are clearly displayed so you can be reassured there are no hidden extras. A postage and package fee of £3.99 will be added when you have completed your shopping.
Products:
Miss Glam Bridal has made every effort to display the products as accurately as possible. All products have detailed descriptions, sizes and colour options where applicable. Due to the differences between many different computer screens we cannot guarantee that the colour represented on your screen is 100% accurate.
Payments:
Miss Glam Bridal accepts most credit cards and debit cards. We operate a secure on-line processing system so you can buy with confidence.

Delivery:
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. Our bespoke handmade items may take up to 14 days to be dispatched as they are specially commissioned on receipt of your order. Please allow up to 28 days for the personalised gift items.
Please order in plenty of time to ensure your items are received in time. If your wedding is imminent then please email us with your wedding date so that we can prioritise your order wherever possible.
All items will be dispatched by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery. We are unable to accept responsibility for late or non-delivered items due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Returns:
We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchases as we endeavour to supply only the highest quality goods and services. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied in any way then please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order before returning the item to us within 7 days. We will be happy to refund or exchange the item returned less deductions for postage and packaging.
May we ask you to pay particular attention to the following:
- The product returned must be in a new, resalable condition.

All original packaging should be returned without any damage.

Do not remove Tags as refunds will not be given.
- For the reassurance of our customers we will not refund or exchange a product that we believe to have been worn, used or damaged.
- Return address: 63 Calver Close, Penryn, Cornwall, TR10 8SG.
- Please ensure that you include your name, address and order number with the returned items and a brief note explaining your instructions.
- We strongly recommend that you return the product via the Royal Mail’s ‘Recorded Delivery’ service as we cannot take responsibility for any items that are lost in transit.
- Refunds are made within 7 days of the returned product arriving safely.
- Any returned products that do not comply with the above conditions will be defined as ‘in dispute’. As a result these items will not be refunded or exchanged and a reason for this decision will be provided. We are happy to re-ship such ‘in dispute’ items to you otherwise they will be destroyed 90 days after their receipt back to us.
- For the consideration to all our customers, these conditions are strictly enforced and any product not meeting the above criteria may be refused and returned back to the customer at their expense.
Please note that no refunds are available on pierced earrings due to health and hygiene reasons. |
